They are looking for a legal secretary with experience of dealing with private client conveyancing and dealing with probate and wills.General DutiesCarrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties Travel and diary management Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents. Manage land web and deal with post-completion registrations. Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference. Maintain effective communication with clients, handling enquiries promptly. Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm`s professional standards Perform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently.
