Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Greenwich, London Paid to Scale Academics is actively seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher who has experience of leading the EYFS phase. Are you passionate about EYFS education? Do you possess excellent leadership skills? Do you have the drive to lead and shape an EYFS provision? Do you have a firm understanding of the EYFS framework and child developmentIf you can answer yes to all of the above then you could be just right for this school. What the school is looking for: * A qualified EYFS Teacher with UK QTS and a track record of delivering high-quality early years education. * Be a proven, strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, curriculum and curriculum design. * Experience of leading EYFS, or experience of leading and enhancing the phase. * A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and the pivotal role this phase has in children's overall development. * A proactive and inspiring leader who can support and develop the EYFS team. * A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. * A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum, providing children with practical learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment. * Experience of teaching phoics in EYFS. * Ability to work collaboratively with parents, including presentations.
