Package      £70 to £80k About our Client My client is a Structural Steel specialist sub-contractor who work across London and the South East. They are leading structural and architectural steelwork company with a reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of Structural and Architectural steel structures for a wide range of sectors. Our team is dedicated to providing a service of excellence, safety, and sustainability. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and design through to execution and handover. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. About the Candidate      Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the structural and architectural steelwork industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Good knowledge of UK-CA steelwork requirements. Ability to work with no prompting from senior management, chasing RFI’s, backing up verbal discussions and keeping the client updated on progress and variations.
