We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile retail fit out project in Bath. This is a £5million scheme requiring a capable and proactive manager to take charge on-site and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Role Details: * Start Date: 18th June * Working Hours: 12-hour days, weekend on/weekend off (negotiable) * Location: Must be able to travel to site – local candidates preferred Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing all site activity from day-to-day operations to health & safety * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme milestones * Ensuring work is delivered to quality standards and within programme timelines * Reporting progress to project management and liaising with client representatives * Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised site environment Requirements: * Proven experience managing high-spec retail fit out projects * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates * Ability to lead a team and take ownership of site delivery * Strong communication and organisational skills * Flexible with working patterns and confident managing weekend work If you're a hands-on Site Manager looking for your next challenge on a prestigious fit-out scheme, we’d love to hear from you
