Role: CNC Operator Nights Location: Witham Hours: 23:00 to 06:00 (4 day working week) Pay: £17-£18 per hour Overtime: Available at enhanced rate One of Witham's most well-established manufacturers are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join their team. This position will start on a rolling contract basis, with the potential to become permanent subject to the success of candidate's performance. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling machinery Also operating other machinery such as drills, saws & various hand/power tools Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings Monitor output and make necessary machine adjustments Ensure consistent product quality and safety standards Maintain machinery and a clean, organised work area Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Requirements: Previous CNC operating experience, ideally metal fabrication Confident in reading technical and engineering drawings High attention to detail and focus on quality output Strong team ethic and communication skills Ability to work independently on night shifts If you're a machinist looking for a night shift opportunity in a specialist manufacturing environment, this is the perfect fit.
