We're looking for a Production Team Lead who shares our values and is driven to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.Location - BodminWorking Hours - Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:30Purpose of the RoleAs a Production Team Lead you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our production lines. You will lead, support, and motivate your team to meet targets while driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of production operatives, ensuring performance, attendance and engagementOrganise the work of Line Leaders in both high risk and low riskCarry out regular team briefs to staff members in relation to performance / training needs to ensure the team operates effectively and targets are metTo be involved with staff disciplinaries, as required, and responsible for return-to-work procedures.Ensure production targets are met in line with safety, quality, and efficiency standardsMaintain a safe working environment, adhering to company's health and safety policiesSupport the site food safety and quality management systems through active engagement in the site HACCP team, internal and external audit programmes and the proactive use of the QUOR system.You Will NeedPrevious experience in a food manufacturing environmentProven leadership or supervisory experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsA hands-on approach and a commitment to high standardsKnowledge of KPI indicators labour, yield, giveaway, waste, plan attainment, financial implicationsGood knowledge of planning, processing, quality procedures.Ability to work under pressure and within budgets parameters.Ability to provide accurate data.Why Pilgrim's Europe?We're not just a business - we're a team!
