Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekend working on a rota basis (alternate long weekends off)I am recruiting for this exciting opportunity on behalf of my client a highly engaged organisation at the heart of Eastleigh looking for a Town Ranger to join their friendly and proactive team.This is a disciplined service role , ideal for individuals with a background in the military, police, or emergency services, who are confident, approachable, and ready for a hands-on, community-facing position.No two days are the same one day you could be assisting with a first aid incident, the next supporting an event or ensuring the town remains clean, safe, and welcoming.What Youll Be Doing:Acting as a visible and approachable presence in the town centreDelivering great customer service to visitors and businessesProviding first aid assistance when neededSupporting town centre eventsBuilding relationships with local businessesWorking alongside police and community servicesHelping to keep the town centre tidy and well-presentedWhat Were Looking For:? SIA Licence essential? A confident communicator with a calm, professional manner? Physically fit and happy to work outdoors? Full UK driving licence? Proactive, reliable, and disciplined?
