Chetham's School of Music is seeking a Residential House Assistant to join the internationally renowned specialist music school located in city centre Manchester. Chetham's is a magical place, home to the UK’s largest specialist music school, the oldestlibrary in the English speaking world and a world-class concert venue all in the heart of Manchester. The job We are looking for a new House Assistant to join the boarding section of the pastoral team to assist with the day-to-day care and boarding routines of the students. The role could involve working with our senior students aged 14-18 or our junior studentsaged 8-13. The working week will be around 35- 40 hours divided into day or evening shifts, including some work at the weekend. The role is residential role, and accommodation is available all year round. In return You will be paid £12.21 per hour for weekday hours and £14.34 per hour for any weekend work. Benefits including free catered meals during term time and free tickets to selected concerts.
