The Role: We’recurrentlyseekinga skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role,you’lltake the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, anda personal touch.You’llbe interacting with pet owners daily, sostrong communicationand customer service skills area must. As a Stylist,you’llplay a key role in ensuring pets not only look great but feel great too.We’llsupport your growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes andadditionalskill-based pay enhancements. We’reseeking individuals who are: Experienced and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishingCustomer-focused, with a friendly and professional approachFlexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week with potential for more during busy periods)Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environmentGoal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential)Why Join Us?
