We are currently looking for an individual who is keen to join us as a Window & Door Installation Team Leader. The role will involve, running a team of installers carrying out installations of steel windows, doors, screens, and glazing. This role has the opportunity for further development and progression within the company. Key Responsibilities Installing steel windows, doors and screens into existing and newly formed openings. To lead an Installation Team, including managing tools and van. (provided) Ensuring products are installed to a high standard. Rectifying installation problems should they occur. Working to deadlines Shareskills and teach junior members of the team. Punctual and reliable Skills required. Experience of fitting windows doors and glazing. Competent in all areas of the building trade. Organised and have good attention to detail Good communication skills To motivate their team to complete jobs to the highest standards.
