Shell & Core Project Manager - Landmark High-Rise Scheme - Leading London Developer A unique opportunity to lead the shell & core delivery of 2 storey towers (10 +20 storeys) within a flagship regeneration scheme in Battersea. This renowned London developer is known for design-led, high-density projects that transform urban spaces. You’ll be part of a dynamic in-house team delivering a technically complex buildings, part of a wider mixed-use development that’s redefining riverside living in the capital. You will take ownership of the full shell and core phase of a residential towers from structural works and building envelope to MEP infrastructure before the final fit out stage.  Your Role: Manage the shell & core phase: structural frame, envelope, and base-build MEP Coordinate structural, civils and services to deliver a seamless tenant-ready handover Oversee main contractors, drive programme, quality, and safety Ensure smooth interface between design, construction, and future fit-outWhat You’ll Need: Strong engineering background (structural/ civils) Proven experience on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects (£100m+) Solid leadership, technical coordination, and delivery focus Ideally experience working for both subcontractor and a main contractor / developer Apply today to play a key role in delivering one of London’s most exciting new landmarks
