Salter Grange is working with a highly regarded Electrical Contractor who delivers mission critical projects for a range of customers in diverse industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, critical infrastructure, and more. They are now seeking a talented Electrical Estimator to join their growing team in Northern Ireland.  As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for the production of Electrical tenders for both pre-designed and design & construct projects along with estimating works. Electrical Estimator responsibilities:  Management of estimating new projects from inception to submission. Setting up estimates, tender packs and applicable trackers. Communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers & clients Preparing take-offs for LV/MV Cabling and Containment systems from drawings. Inputting take offs and quotes to relevant estimate formats. Produce bills of quantities, schedules of work and contractors' proposal documents to support bids. Assist in the handing over to the operational delivery team. Develop strong inter-departmental relationships working closely with Contracts Managers, QS’s and Design/Engineering department.  Electrical Estimator requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to read and understand electrical drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel Qualifications in Mathematics & English demonstrating a strong numerical skills.
