Health and Safety Advisor Shepshed £40,000 - £42,000 + £7,800 Car Allowance + Progression + Training + Stable + Secure + Expanding Organisation Reporting directly to the Group Health & Safety Manager, this role presents an outstanding opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to gain recognition for their expertise and the value they bring to a dynamic, expanding group of companies. Ongoing training and support will be provided to address any skill gaps, with clear pathways for career progression and development. This position is ideal for a driven Health and Safety professional eager to make a meaningful impact by shaping and implementing systems, processes, and training initiatives across multiple sites. You'll be part of a well-established and highly respected building materials manufacturer with over 25 years of industry success, now experiencing significant growth through strategic acquisitions across the UK.
