A leading UK brand is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join on a 3-month contract, with the potential to go permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both paid and organic social media.You’ll work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimise content and campaigns that support brand and marketing goals.Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Watford office)Contract Length: 3 months (with potential to extend or become permanent)Day Rate: Up to £350/day (via umbrella)Hours: Full-time, 5 days per weekStart Date: 9th JuneKey Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and publish engaging organic content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook & TikTokLead on the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, including briefing, setup, optimisation, and reportingCollaborate with creative and brand teams to develop platform-specific assetsMonitor and report on performance across channels, using insights to inform strategyStay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activityAlign social activity with wider brand and marketing campaignsRequirements:Proven experience in both paid and organic social media managementHands-on knowledge of platforms such as Meta Business Manager, and scheduling toolsStrong understanding of content strategy and social performance metricsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
