You will play a leading role in identifying, testing, and scaling GenAI applications within new and existing ventures, working alongside product managers, growth leads, and commercial teams.Key responsibilities include:Identifying opportunities where AI and data can deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.Rapidly developing and testing prototypes to validate AI use cases.Advising product and commercial teams on the practical application of GenAI and data-led insights.Staying ahead of developments in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, applying them where relevant to solve business problems.Contributing to the development of data strategy and capability across a portfolio of early-stage ventures.Candidate ProfileSignificant experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and its practical applications.Commercially focused, with experience in product, growth, or venture-building environments.Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experienced in working within fast-paced, delivery-focused teams.Practical and pragmatic, with a clear sense of where AI can drive genuine business value.Desirable experience includes:Exposure to cloud-based data and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience in start-up, scale-up, or new venture environments.Knowledge of sectors such as financial services, mobility, insurance, or consumer products.This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious data and AI specialist to join a business at the cutting edge of product and venture innovation.For a confidential conversation, please get in touch.
