Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for a Project Manager for an initial 12 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a 132kV substation in West Yorkshire. As the project is completed we can continue to work with you by setting up your next project from our global network of leading engineering.Join our latest project.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 132kV Substation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a new build high-voltage substation project from design through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects in the power transmission and distribution sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end execution of 132kV substation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation measures.Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project stages.Liaise with clients, utilities, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
