Are you a motivated People Professional with experience in grievance and conduct investigations?If so, McKinney HR has a new role that might be just what you’re looking for! McKinney HR is a B2B consultancy with a passion for conducting high quality workplace investigations for our client base, supporting them to manage conflict and improve organisational performance. Our clients value our solution-oriented independent approach to the services we provide – from workplace investigations to mediations, organisational design to interim HR support and everything in between. Due to recent growth in our client base, we are looking to add a Workplace Investigator to our team, someone with demonstrable experience in Employee Relations and the motivation to handle a complex caseload with compassion and diligence. The successful candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of identifying and capturing key findings in their investigation and evidencing those findings in a robust investigation report. Professional judgement and emotional intelligence will be critical skills needed for our successful candidate, given the often complex and sensitive nature of the investigations we are involved with, and we value a neutral, collaborative communication style in our approach.If this sounds like you, please read on. McKinney HR is based in Central Scotland, and although this role is remote, you should expect to travel within the central belt in order to support clients in person where necessary.The successful candidate should hold the Associate Level CIPD Diploma or equivalent, or be actively working towards this.We are a flexible working employer and welcome applications from both part-time (min 25 hours) and full-time (35 hours) candidates.
