Residential Conveyancer/FILEX/Solicitor/LawyerSalary - Commensurate with experienceFully Remote or Office-Based (South Wiltshire)Are you an experienced conveyancer who thrives on high-quality work without high-stress micromanagement?A highly respected and forward-thinking regional law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team.This is not a role for a solicitor or partner-level candidate, and there’s no expectation of a management track — just good, honest conveyancing work for a firm that values quality over quantity.The Role:You’ll handle a consistent caseload of good-quality conveyancing files — from happy clients and reputable referrers (no cheap bulk referral work here). Depending on whether you have support from a dedicated paralegal, the expectation is:18 - 25 new matters/monthSupport teams include both onboarding and post-completion, so you can focus on doing what you do best — managing the transaction from start to finish.Who You Are:You’re confident, friendly, and experienced in residential conveyancing.
