The business provides manufacturing services - via group companies - to some of Britains best-known banking, hospitality and retail entities. Operating from a state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot facility, the manufacturing processes include: joinery, metal-work, welding, benchwork, powder-coating and assembly. The company has invested heavily in the latest machinery and this is operated by a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Leveraging this capability to produce a greater range of high-end furniture and fittings for prestige customers such as banks and hotels is seen as a great opportunity. Hence the need for a dynamic and ambitious Head of Business Development to lead the approach to the market.
