Job Title: Operator Team LeaderLocation: Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions (Greater Preston, PR3 1AD)Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary: £28,000-£30,000We’re Hiring – Join the Ground Team at Coggin SOSCoggin Sustainable Office Solutions (Coggin SOS) is growing and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, adaptable, and motivated Operator Team Leader to join our operations crew.This role sits at the heart of our day-to-day activity, supporting operatives, maintaining workflow momentum, and ensuring our facility runs like clockwork.Key Responsibilities:Lead from the Front: Support and guide our team of operatives across recycling, warehousing, and refurbishment tasks. Set the tone with your energy, organisation, and can-do attitude.Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the facility, plant, and warehouse are consistently clean, safe, and running efficiently.Coordinate with Planners: Work closely with our internal planning team to ensure jobs move smoothly from scheduling through to completion without disruption or confusion.What You Can Expect:Fast-Moving, Ever-Changing Environment: No two days are the same.
