Job Specification: Strategic Sales Operations CoordinatorLocation: Crawley – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum Reports to: Strategic Sales ManagerOverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team during a phase of rapid growth. You will act as the linchpin between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring seamless coordination, data integrity, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad role with scope to grow into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Order ManagementAccurately take and process customer ordersEnsure all order details are complete (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.)Act as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailableProject CoordinationAssist with managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accountsCoordinate DSO training schedules and event logisticsLiaise with reps to ensure all tasks are completed and deadlines metData & ReportingGather, clean, and analyse sales dataProduce reports for Area Sales Managers and leadership teamsFollow up with team members on incomplete data or inconsistenciesLead & Event Follow-UpTrack and ensure timely follow-up of leads from events and campaignsDistribute leads to the correct team members and monitor progressInternal LiaisonAct as a point of contact for UK-HQ coordination (e.g. trips, form submissions)Chase team members for required inputs to support internal processesSkills & Experience RequiredStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, data sorting, VLOOKUP, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistenciesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasksConfident communicator—comfortable chasing stakeholders for updatesProven organisational and coordination abilityComfortable learning technical product informationPrevious experience in admin, operations, customer service or sales support rolesDesirable (but not essential)Experience working in dental, medical device, or technical product environmentsExperience working with CRM or ERP systemsEvent or training coordination backgroundPersonal AttributesHighly proactive, self-driven, and accountableClear, confident communicator across all levelsCalm under pressure and solution-focusedEager to learn and grow into more client-facing responsibilitiesEnjoys “making things work” and bringing structure to complexity
