Lead by example to ensure high standards in output, safety, quality, and team performance.Key Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor operatives for quality and productivity. • Support production planning and prepare materials for installations. • Manage the Quality Management System (QMS). • Write Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Inspection Test Plans. • Maintain training records and ensure certification coverage. • Liaise with suppliers and check invoices for discrepancies. • Order workshop essentials and calculate materials for coating. • Oversee machinery and vehicle maintenance. • Coordinate apprentice progress with training providers. • Ensure workshop safety compliance.Requirements • Experience in a welding/fabrication environment. • Strong leadership and improvement skills. • Good knowledge of health and safety. • Proficient IT skills.Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience. • Flexible working hours: 41 hours/week (Mon-Thurs 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Fri 7:30 am-12:30 pm).Interested?If you're a proactive Production Manager with a background in welding/fabrication, apply now!
