Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Manager based in Barnsley. Salary: c£52,000 +car +bonusResponsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Coordinate and supervise repair activitiesMaintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspectionsWe are keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:Experienced multi-skilled engineer ideally with an electrical bias.Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.Proven experience in maintenance management Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical operations, and electrical systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets effectively.A successful track record of working within a manufacturing / maintenance environment ideally within FMCG environmentExperience of working with suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authoritiesApply now, or for a further conversation about this Maintenance Manager role please contact Kerry Hill or Amber Davies 07715316779.
