Private MSK Physiotherapist Jill Kerr Physiotherapy Ltd. based within Therap-Ease at 382 Morningside Road, Edinburgh EH10 5HX is expanding and is recruiting experienced MSK Physiotherapists. Employed or self-employed contractor options considered. Hours flexible and can be negotiated. Join our experienced and friendly team providing high quality MSK, Pilates, Sports Massage and Women's Health Physiotherapy in Edinburgh. We are a clinic passionate about good clinical outcomes and post graduate development of our team.Perform thorough assessments to determine the nature and extent of musculoskeletal problems including taking comprehensive history, performing objective testing, analysing findings to diagnose. Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating a range of techniques like manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities. Communicate effectively with GPs, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and treatment planning, while adhering to professional guidelines. Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Keep abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy research and practice. Attend and participate in postgraduate education and in house trainingBachelor's/Master’s degree in Physiotherapy: Completion of a recognized physiotherapy program is essential. Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP):Member of the Health Professional Council (HCPC) Previous MSK experience in private practice, NHS, or other healthcare settings is desirable. Minimum 2 years post graduate Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Computer literacy:Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software. Cliniko and Wibbi are used in clinic.This role is predominantly MSK Physiotherapy but in addition Clinical Pilates, Sports Massage or Women’s health experience would be desirable Flexible working between 10-30 hours per week including some Saturday mornings. On application the successful candidate salary will be on either a self employed or employed basis. Salary will depend on experience and will be competitive.
