Aftersales Manager Franchised Motor Dealership - Kendal Area Our client, one of the the best motor trade employers, is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager at their busy franchised main dealership. Basic - £40k | OTE - £60k Company Car included The job: To ensure the service department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels. To organise, direct and control the activities of service department staff to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources. To contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks smoothly and in a timely manner. The candidate: Proven management skills together with commercial and marketing acumen to achieve the budgeted results and future growth. Must have strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Possess a track record of high achievement within the aftersales/service arena.
