About the Role We are seeking a site-based Construction Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities related to the delivery of EPCM projects (CES elements) at a facility in Durham. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and safe project execution in line with industry standards and specifications. This includes managing on-site construction teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery. This role requires a full-time presence on site. Candidates must either reside locally or be able and willing to travel daily.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Construction Electrical Supervisor will supervise all on-site electrical construction activities in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. As the Construction Electrical Supervisor, provide technical expertise and leadership on all EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) installations. Monitor and track construction progress against project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Conduct regular site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support engineering efforts by reviewing and developing electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
