Job DescriptionFinishing Machine MinderJob Responsibilities: Operate digital printers and software, including media and toner replenishment after successful completion of Finishing equipment training. Pre-cut stock to size using guillotine if required. Manipulate files ready for printing. Die cutting and stripping pallets of WIP once they are cut and creased. Feed and pack on the gluing line. Cut samples when needed using the automated CAD table for customer samples and mock-ups. Pallet wrap and strap pallets being dispatched. Conduct quality checks of products in QA. Maintain general tidiness in the production area, washroom, and mezzanine. Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on the machines as required. Communicate with the office when problems arise or something is required. Hand glue samples and small quantity jobs. Organise cutting dies in the racking. Print case labels and apply them to jobs being dispatched. Demonstrate flexibility to help in other areas of the business when required.Required Skills & Qualifications: Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude. Eager to learn and develop new skills.
