If you love delivering high-quality work, thrive on structure and deadlines, and take pride in your written and visual presentation, this opportunity offers real potential for long-term growth.The RoleYoull be a key member of the operations function, supporting day-to-day activities that keep the firm running smoothly and impressing clients globally. Responsibilities include:Complex diary and meeting coordination Schedule and manage meetings, interviews, and video calls across time zones with precision and foresight; manage last-minute changes gracefully.Stakeholder liaison Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and client-side support teams; represent the firm with professionalism and warmth.Document and report preparation Assist in the production of client deliverables including candidate resumes, update reports, and pitch presentationsensuring they are consistent, brand-aligned, and beautifully presented.Creative marketing & content support Use your strong written English and design sense to support the creation of marketing materials, team bios, brochures, and internal documents.Office and culture support Help organise in-house and off-site team activities, maintain supplies, and support wider company operations.System and process support Encourage best practice use of Clockwork (or similar CRM) and internal systems to ensure smooth team workflow.General administrative support Assist across all areas as needed, ensuring no detail is missed and deadlines are always met.What Were Looking ForWere seeking someone who blends operational excellence with creative capabilitysomeone who is confident and calm under pressure, yet sociable and kind by nature.Youll bring:A degree-level education35 years experience in a team assistant, support, or coordinator role in executive search, recruitment, or a talent functionideally within financial or professional servicesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including creative writing and client-facing content productionHigh standards, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownershipThe ability to build rapport at all levels, particularly with senior stakeholdersA naturally polished and poised mannercomfortable interacting with senior executives and global clientsA kind, approachable personality and a team-first mindsetComfort in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environmentA proactive, problem-solving approach to everything you doTechnical SkillsYoull need to be confident with a range of tools and platforms, including:Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Canva for creative design tasks and social materialsGoogle Slides for client and internal presentationsAdobe Photoshop & Illustrator for polished, professional-quality designClockwork (or similar CRM/database experience)Strong penmanship and creative writing skills for marketing, bios, and brochuresWhats on OfferA long-term career with a respected boutique search firmExposure to global clients and C-level talentClose mentorship from a hands-on Founder and experienced Operations DirectorModern offices with an onsite gym, caf, and barExcellent transport linksPrivate health plan (physio, dental, optical, audiology)Pension contributionCycle-to-work scheme25 days annual leave + 3 bonus days at ChristmasRegular team socials and international company tripsA kind, inclusive, high-performing team cultureTo Apply If youre a polished, personable, and creative team assistant with a passion for quality and a desire to grow within a dynamic and inspiring business, wed love to hear from you.
