We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes. What's the role?As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. You'll be helping schools and educational institutions find the right talent - and helping great people find jobs they love.This is a sales-focused role, so you'll need to be comfortable: Making outbound sales callsBuilding long-term client relationshipsWorking to KPIs and hitting targetsAttending client visits and meetings (both virtual and in-person) You'll receive full training and ongoing support - no prior recruitment experience needed. Who are we looking for?We're interested in graduates from any discipline who bring: A strong work ethic and the drive to succeedExcellent communication skills and confidence on the phoneA positive attitude and willingness to learnResilience and the ability to thrive under pressureExperience in sales, hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role is a bonus.A background or interest in Education is also great - but not essential.Additional requirements:A full UK driving licence and access to a car - While you'll be based in our city centre office, you'll also be visiting clients across your region which could be outside city centres.
