This role involves a mix of project management, data entry, and general administrative responsibilities to meet the evolving needs of the business.Key duties include managing language labels and artwork assets, maintaining accuracy within ERP systems, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, a medium to advanced proficiency in Excel, and preferably experience in artwork creation.The NPD Administrator will report to the NPD Manager and collaborate with teams across Regulatory, New Product Development, Marketing, and Purchasing/Planning.Scope of WorkPROJECT MANAGEMENTResponsible for creation of EU language label artworks in accordance with EU artwork process.Responsible for managing timelines and actions from brief to the artwork release deadline.Circulate Product Labelling Report (PLR) files to Marketing and Regulatory for completion. Send approved PLR to Artwork Designer via Asana. Prepare and validate text translations using Chat GPT. Review and proof check all artwork files created to ensure no errorsCo-ordination of all artwork actions, ensuring Print files are approved and released in a timely manner and include all the information required. Ensure all key teams have signed off artworks for their respective sections. Responsibility to query discrepancies Ensure good documentation practice is observed with meticulous file processing and saving. Escalate issues promptly to line manager.Be the owner of the EU artwork process and propose improvements to streamline when applicable.ADMINISTRATIVE and DATA ENTRY/MAINTENANCECreating and updating Bill of Materials and Product Specifications.Be a top user of the ERP system, ensuring data is entered accurately in a timely manner.Review data prepared by other users prior to entry, and query doubts and potential errors swiftly.Chase internal and external teams for data required by certain deadlines.Keep collaborative and swift communications with internal teams.Ensure data is transposed into other files and interfaces as defined by process.Maintain Good Documentation Practice Adhoc tasks when requiredWhat were looking for:Excellent eye for detail and data entry accuracyExperience with data entry, Excel and ERP system useArtwork, Print and packaging experience desirable.Familiar with design software: Adobe Illustrator, Proof HQ.Familiar with Chat GPTGood organisational and communication skills.Team player - collaborative working style.
