The culture is positive, supportive, and built for people who want to progress.Here are some of the day-to-day duties:Supporting Financial Advisers in delivering a tailored client serviceProducing annual review reports and maintaining key client recordsPreparing valuations, researching financial products, and drafting suitability reportsProgressing into writing client-specific financial plans and recommendationsActing as a key contact for client communications and supportLearning everything from compliance to investment portfolio reviewsWorking with databases, documentation, and financial software toolsAttending client meetings and supporting advisers with follow-up actionsCompleting professional qualifications as part of a structured training programme.Candidate Requirements You dont need to have years of experience were looking for someone eager to learn and grow.Must-have:Minimum GCSE Grade 4 (C) or higher in English and MathsEither a degree (any subject) or relevant experienceStrong communication skills and attention to detailGood time management and organisational abilityA proactive, curious mindset and a team-first attitudeConfidence using Word, Excel, and CRM/database systemsNice to have (but not essential):Any experience in financial services, admin or client supportFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, AML, GDPR, etc.)Perks & benefits:29,200 starting salary, reviewed annually25 days holiday + bank holidaysFull financial support towards Paraplanning exams (training, CPD, and materials)Private medical insuranceCorporate cash plan + perks (e.g. Perkbox)Group life, critical illness and income protection coverFree parkingAccess to industry mentors, ongoing development, and a clear path into advisory roles
