Supporting development, implementation and documentation of processes and controls for efficient handling of portfolio of responsibilities. Assisting with development and oversight of metrics and KPIs ensuring they align to the goals of the team. Helping to support to Claims, Reserving, Underwriting and Finance departments.External communication with Brokers. Support for adherence to contract certainty. Assist with implementation and execution of special/ad hoc projects within theOperations Department. Provide support to the broader Operations team to help to ensure smooth and efficient monthly and quarterly closes. Assist with requests from both Internal and External Auditors. Ensuring SOX compliance for Operations processes. Ensure all responsibilities are carried out with a high degree of quality, in a timely manner.Required experience:1-4 years experience gained in a London Insurance Market operational role-from any discipline i.e Underwriting or Claims Support. gained in a Re/Insurer or Brokers.A good level of educationIdeally CII qualified or keen to study for.Must be a collaborate team player, with good communication and analysis/problem solving skills.Please note that if you have not heard from us within 7 days, your application has not been successful.Bunn Abbott Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
