This role will play a key part in shaping the visual expression of our brand across digital, print, and retail channels. You will be responsible for creating campaign assets, event visuals, in-store signage, and social media content that bring Pop Marts unique brand identity and storytelling to life.The ideal candidate is passionate about visual design, has a strong understanding of pop culture aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.Responsibilities Design and visualise immersive brand experiences for product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, retail activations, and trade showsDevelop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and technical layouts aligned with campaign and brand objectivesTranslate creative briefs into engaging spatial designs, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution qualityProduce design documentation including floor plans, material specs, display guidelines, and installation instructionsCollaborate with the Event Marketing Coordinator, Creative team, Retail, and Merchandising to align experience design with commercial goalsSupport vendor selection, production oversight, and quality control to ensure accurate delivery of design intent on-siteStay current with trends in event design, materials, and experiential branding to continuously raise creative standardsArchive event designs and contribute to visual documentation and post-activation reportingRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in designing branded environments or experiential activations (retail, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors preferred)Proficient in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong visual storytelling and concept development ability, with a sharp eye for brand detailAbility to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and shifting prioritiesFluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication and collaboration skillsDesirable but Not Essential Experience working with pop culture, fashion, or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with fabrication processes and vendor management in the EUKnowledge of sustainability practices in event or spatial designProficiency in animation, AR/VR tools, or digital prototypingAdditional European language skills (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish)Your ApplicationIf the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via Apply Now or email to eu.hr@popmart.com.
