We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.ALEC FITOUT is hiring a results-oriented Project Commercial Manager to lead high-end fit-out projects in KSA. As a Project Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading all commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects from inception to final account. Your expertise will protect the companys interests, maximize margins, and ensure strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA).The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for KSA.Your Role:Leading the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handoverDriving profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reportingManaging subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurancesApproving major payments, forecasts, and project financialsLeading, mentoring, and growing a top-performing commercial teamWhat Youll Need:Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitoutStrong leadership, negotiation & commercial acumenExperience managing multiple fitout projects concurrentlyExpertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management.Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting.Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.Fluent in EnglishCore Technical Skills: Interior FitoutContract Management & AdministrationCost Control & BudgetingProcurement & Subcontractor ManagementProject Financial ReportingProject Scheduling & PlanningINTERVIEW DATES:Successful candidates will be invited to meet our hiring teams on the following dates.London: June 18-19Manchester: June 20-21Glasgow: June 23-24Please ensure to attach your CV when applying, interview locations will be shared with successful applicants.
