Crunch: Be Brave.Overall Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a proven competence of working on F1 events / hospitality programmes for high-profile brands or organisations, with experience in client servicing.The candidate will thrive on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, displaying exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills both spoken and written. In this role you will be one of the day-to-day contacts for our client and support the delivery of their guest programme within the Paddock and Paddock Club. Reporting directly to the Account Manager or Account Director, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and expectations and ensure seamless and exceptional service throughout their pre-race and on-site hospitality experience.Working as part of a small team delivering globally, a willingness to be involved in every element of the programme is essential. An energetic, enthusiastic and 'can do' team attitude is critical, as well as the ability to work under minimum supervision in a high-pressured environment such as at an event during a race weekend.Key responsibilities include:Act as the day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring the guest hospitality programme is delivered on time and within budget Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to a high standard with full quality control over project management documentation (plans, logistics, budgets etc.)Act as a reliable project support for senior team members Contribute to project budgets and track expenses to facilitate the creation of estimates and project reconciliationsPlan onsite activations logistics and operations including hotels, transport, venues etc. where requiredUtilise and manage supplier relationships to deliver projects on brief and within budget Prepare client-facing pre-race guest documentation, including activity schedules, transport plans and ticket distribution details with a high level of attention to detail Conduct the onsite programme delivery, ensuring that the preparation is well-organised with all documentation in place to host the guest programme Host guests onsite in the Paddock Club or off-track, delivering client-facing service excellence.
