From design and installation to service and monitoring, they do it all 365 days per year.They're now looking to recruit 6 ambitious graduates across the UK who are looking to kick-start their sales careers with a graduate role that offers market leading levels of development and progression.What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?Working as a Graduate Sales Associate, you will initially be enrolled on a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification, fully accredited sales training and the equivalent of a foundation degree in business-to-business sales.Within the role itself, you will;Identify new client opportunities and growth initiativesLead qualification of inbound enquiries, customer research and rapport buildingBook new business opportunities for experienced team membersPartner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectivesSell to a broad range of decision makers - from independent business' to enterpriseProactively work across sales channels to maximise cross-selling with existing clientsThose that are successful in this role could see promotion opportunities come as soon as the 12 month mark, either into further internal or external sales roles.Typical prospects within the role can be: Business Development Manager > Account Management > Sales ManagementWhat is the package?£27,500 base salary£32,000 OTE (Uncapped)25 days holiday + bank holidaysSales qualificationBravo awardsAccess to well-being portalGenerous pension schemeWhat makes an individual a good fit for the role?Must be able to start on 21st July & have a full UK driving licenseFantastic written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work hybridStrong work ethic and a team playerDesire to have a long successful sales careerInquisitive natureAll applications for the role will be managed by BMS Performance, market leaders in sales recruitment.
