Overview My client is a growing, respected construction firm delivering high-quality domestic and commercial projects ranging from £100 to £1.5m. What You'll Be Doing: Managing day-to-day operations across multiple live sites Acting as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and the wider team Ensuring high standards of health & safety and project quality Monitoring progress and reporting against programme timelines Assisting with variations, valuations and estimating as needed Ordering subcontractors and materials Submitting invoices and ensuring timely distribution What They're Looking For: Experience in delivering construction projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of current building regulations and best practices Clear communicator with excellent client-facing skills A high standard of finish and attention to detail across all work Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (flexible for the right candidate) SMSTS preferred; relevant qualifications desirable Excellent time management and organisational abilities Demonstrated leadership capabilities Familiarity with IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Relevant certifications in contract management or related fields are a plus What They Offer: A supportive and growing team environment Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Competitive salary tailored to your experience and what you bring to the role If you are an ambitious professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within our organisation, we encourage you to apply for the Contract Manager position.
