Joining the marketing team, you will be tasked with shooting and editing video content to be used across various platforms, aimed at a variety of audiences. You will be expected to create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for our websites, YouTube channel, social media campaigns, internal communications and TV advertising. You will cover both indoor and occasional outdoor work and will be required to travel to clinics and events on a regular basis. This will mainly be within the UK but on occasion will include travelling out with the UK.Successful candidates will be passionate about videography and be comfortable interacting with patients, clients, and existing employees from across the business. Previous experience in producing video content for online use and photography is essential. The successful candidate requires a good eye for detail and must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and work autonomously is essential.To be considered for this post, you should have: Previous experience capturing video with a range of equipment (including digital SLRs, GoPro, sliders, gimbals, sound recording equipment etc.)Previous experience using Adobe CC video editing software (Premiere, After Effects.)Previous experience using other Adobe CC design packages (such as Photoshop, Lightroom)Interest in photography (studio or event)To qualify:You should be a Videographer / Camera Operator / Video Editor / Production Editor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:Experience in a similar role shooting and editing video content;Ability to adapt and think on the spot, solving problems and breaking down barriers;Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects;Good familiarity with various equipment for video, audio & photography including Canon, Nikon or similar cameras;The willingness to work outside of normal office hours and attend events on evenings and weekends.Experience in basic audio editing using software such as Adobe CC AuditionMust hold a valid UK drivers licenseThe person:Have an appropriate degree or qualificationBe proficient with both PC and Apple Mac computers, and have an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including; After Effects, Premiere Pro and PhotoshopDisplay good house-keeping and file management skillsPossess excellent typographical skills, along with a natural design flairShow initiative and self-motivationFlexible and able to prioritize a changing 'to do' listHave an eye for detail and be accurateSelf-motivated and use initiative to see what needs doing rather than waiting to be askedSmart and well-presented (so as to give a good first impression to visitors)Clear use of written English with accurate spelling and grammarWorking as part of the marketing team you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills within a fast paced, dynamic organization.
