Within your #OneTeamDrive cross-function collaboration between teams, including, including Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Digital, to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution.Foster open communication channels within the team, creating a culture of transparency, mutual support, and shared accountability for success.Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to campaigns.Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, ensuring their insights and feedback are integrated into global strategies while supporting their execution needs. Your main responsibilitiesMission 1: Global Campaign Strategy and Planning (30%)Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Events and Digital teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.Define campaign goals, target audience, messaging frameworks, and channel mix.Create project plans with key milestones and owners.Partner with regional teams to incorporate local insights and ensure global relevance.Mission 2: Campaign Management (40%)Oversee the execution of global campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and activities across digital, social, email, and other channels.Work with the Creative team and agencies to develop and approve campaign materials.Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.Mission 3: Stakeholder Collaboration and Coordination (20%)Act as the main point of contact between global and local teams for campaign-related communication.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with the Digital, Marketing Ops, and Creative departments.Align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining consistency in global messaging.Mission 4: Performance Measurement and Optimization (10%)Define KPIs and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.Generate post-campaign reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.Recommend and implement improvements to future campaigns based on learnings.Your future impact: In 6 months, you will have accomplished:Successfully launched a global marketing campaign aligned with business objectives and timelines.Established strong working relationships with cross-functional and regional teams, ensuring collaboration and communication.Implemented a campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.Delivered measurable improvements in campaign execution processes, including streamlining workflows and ensuring on-brand consistency.And in 1 year, you will have mastered:Driving the development and execution of multiple high-impact global campaigns with proven results in ROI and engagement.Building a seamless feedback loop between global and local teams, optimizing campaigns for regional relevance.Acting as a key driver of marketing excellence, consistently improving quality and alignment with best practices.Proactively identifying and implementing innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.Skills required:Fluent in English8+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a global role.Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns in B2B environmentStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead without direct authority.Capability to inspire and align diverse teams towards shared campaign goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations, creative briefs, and updates.Ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights for global and local teams.Proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges in campaign execution.Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies effectively.A keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign execution.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Open to feedback and capable of iterating campaigns quickly based on stakeholder input.It’s a +Knowledge of the global cloud market and technologiesExperience in high tech environment
