This is a senior executive role, based at our Belfast City Centre headquarters, and represents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact within one of Ireland’s leading recruitment and workforce solutions businesses.As HRD, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team, playing a central role in driving organisational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and enabling business performance across our operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.About the RoleYou will lead a high-performing HR function, guiding strategic initiatives that support our people, culture, and long-term growth. This includes overseeing talent development, organisational design, compliance, and change management across a complex, multi-site business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an integrated HR strategy aligned to Staffline’s business objectivesLead organisational development, succession planning, and leadership capability initiativesDrive employee engagement and support a high-performance, values-driven cultureEnsure compliance with all employment legislation across NI and ROI jurisdictionsProvide strategic HR leadership during periods of growth and transformationPartner with the executive team on workforce planning, risk management, and people analyticsEssential CriteriaAt least 10 years’ progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at senior/executive levelProven success delivering people strategies in a large and complex organisation*Expert knowledge of employment law across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of IrelandDemonstrated strengths in employee engagement, leadership development, and culture changeCIPD qualified*Defined as multi-site operations, a workforce of several hundred to thousands, and a layered organisational structure.Desirable CriteriaPostgraduate qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or a related disciplineA track record of leading HR through high-growth phases or major operational transformationWhat We OfferA senior leadership role with genuine influence and visibilityCompetitive salary and executive benefits packageA values-led, collaborative working cultureThe opportunity to shape the future of one of Ireland’s leading recruitment brands
