A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels with our partners to cement Amplifi as the partner of choice. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to support our go-to-market strategy with strategic partners.WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:Helping shape and deliver on the agreed alliances business planYou will be responsible for the European partner influenced sales target. This will include working with our partners to drive alliance revenue through regular pipeline calls, opportunity registration and business reviewsYou will strive towards the best client outcomes by bringing together complimentary alliance partners and work closely with the Amplifi delivery team to gain a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures and uses this knowledge to drive alliance businessIdentify qualified opportunities through constant engagements with partnersCollaborate closely with the sales team to actively support ongoing sales cycles, ensuring timely progression of opportunitiesBuild and execute sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and drive opportunitiesMaintain a deep understanding of our partner’s value propositions, their target markets and business challenges and capabilitiesCoordinate with partners on events, talks, and other marketing eventsAssist in determining alliance revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areasYou will work closely with Amplifi’s SVP, Sales EMEA in planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for alliancesStrong capability in planning, coordination and execution WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO BRING:Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenNatural ability to network, build rapport, create connections and drive engagementComprehension of consulting economics and commercial structures of contractsProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Experience in a similar partnership roleExperience of working within the data industry is highly desirableSelf-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunitiesAbility to deliver presentations and captivate an audienceWHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU:30 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPrivate medical cover through Vitality (this includes, free weekly Café Nero drinks, free cinema tickets, free Apple watch, free amazon prime, and many more rewards through Vitality)No dress codeEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leaveCompany away daysWork from anywhere allowanceChoice of Mac or Windows laptop when you startFree use of the mindfulness app Headspace for 1 yearIf you have some but not all skills required for this role, don’t worry, we put training/upskilling for each employee as paramount and can give you the complete skill set.For more information about the role or our flexible working policies, message Naomi Cruden (Talent Manager) on LinkedIn.*Amplifi do not accept CV's from agencies*
