Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) - Business AnalystAmazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated team player to join our dynamic analytics team. As part of ATS, we aim to be the earth’s best logistics service provider by ensuring smooth product journeys in the supply chain to deliver the best customer experience. As a Business Analyst in ATS, you will solve exciting logistics problems with the potential to save millions of dollars. Your responsibilities include: Uncovering trends and identifying root causes beyond the obvious Handling ambiguity, asking questions, and embracing challenges Collaborating with multiple teams and understanding new business areas easily Owning and driving multiple projects to completion Finding and analyzing data to generate insights Presenting and reporting insights effectively to Amazon leaders Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with AWS infrastructure are required. Key Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand various operations across ROC Design and develop dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/Quicksight Gather stakeholder requirements and map them with data sources/data warehouse Deliver periodic metrics and dashboards to leadership Create visualizations, identify trends and anomalies, and draw insights from data Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to improve operations Perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools Collaborate with business, engineering, and partner teams to align efforts Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent Experience in defining requirements and using data to generate business insights Knowledge of SQL Preferred QualificationsAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
