Location: Northampton Salary: £85–£100 per day (dependent on experience) Position Type: SEN Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have relevant experience or transferable skills that would make you a great fit for this role? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school community in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pupils with SEN. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN both in the classroom and during break/lunchtime activities Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised learning environment Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation Support pupils’ learning and development No prior school experience is required—we’re looking for individuals with the right attitude, passion, and commitment to working with children.
