Are you a hands-on individual looking to learn a new trade? Pertemps are currently seeking a motivated and practical Factory Operative to join a reputable manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, wants to gain new skills, and is eager to be part of a supportive and busy environment. This job has the potential for the right candidate to become a permenant position.  Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of factory-based tasks including: Picking and packing orders Data entry and stock control Supporting machine setters and the warehouse manager Forklift Truck (FLT) operations Assisting with machine setting (training provided) Work with the SAP system (experience desirable but not essential) Occasionally liaise with customers regarding order queries Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environmentWhat We’re Looking For: A practical, hands-on person with a willingness to learn No previous experience required – full training will be provided Computer literate and comfortable using software systems Good attention to detail and ability to take in and retain information FLT license and SAP experience are a plus, but not essential Excellent team player with good communication skillsWhat We Offer: Immediate start Full on-the-job training Supportive team and management Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Friendly and inclusive working environmentIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves and develop a rewarding career in manufacturing and logistics, we’d love to hear from you
