Shift Leader Jobs in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to join Stannah, based at our Stephenson Close site.This role involves providing effective leadership and direction to Fulfilment teams to meet and exceed operational targets, supporting the Fulfilment Manager in delivering high performance across cost, quality, safety, and delivery metrics.As the Shift Leader, you will work Monday to Thursday 13:15 to 23:00, due to this shift pattern you will receive a 15% shift uplift. This is a permanent contract.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing or distribution, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.To be successful as a Shift Leader, it is essential that you have previous experience in leading teams within a modern manufacturing or distribution setting. Experience in health and safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives would be desirable.Shift Leader Responsibilities: Lead and motivate Fulfilment teams to ensure targets are met, fostering a positive and engaging environment.Champion health & safety practices by ensuring audits, safe systems of work, and COSHH are maintained.Oversee training plans and ensure the team's Skills Matrix achieves 90%+ coverage.Manage and improve operational performance, including OTIF and safety stock levels, through data analysis and action plans.Shift Leader Requirements:Experience in a modern manufacturing or distribution environment, leading and managing teams.Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills to meet operational demands.High awareness of health and safety principles, along with the ability to interpret and report data.Proficiency in systems such as Ofbiz, Excel, Word, and the ability to use data for continuous improvement.If you have previous experience working as a Shift Leader or in a similar role and are looking for your next opportunity in Andover, please click the "Apply Now" button or contact us for further information.Company Information:Stannah is a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company.
