Known for delivering immersive, experience-led customer journeys across multiple venues.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.A great opportunity to lead the CRM function, building a strategic vision with a hands-on role focusing around the CRM ecosystem, optimising lifecycle marketing and enhancing guest engagement across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of an end-to-end CRM strategyBuild and manage full-funnel lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and loyaltyDesign and refine automated journeys (e.g., welcome, re-engagement, and win-back flows)Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and digitalOversee segmentation strategy to ensure precision targetingMonitor campaign performance, test continuously, and optimise resultsPersonal Requirements:Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in hospitality/ multi-site environmentSkilled in segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and analyticsBalanced approach to strategic thinking and data-driven executionProficiency with modern CRM tools Proactive, organised, and creatively driven to enhance customer experiencesBackground in loyalty program managementCreative or design-oriented thinkingThank you for your application.
