You'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted, on-brand communications that drive engagement and growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver timely email campaigns using segmentation and dynamic contentBuild and schedule emails using templates and email softwareManage data uploads, segmentation, and testingMonitor performance and report on campaign successApply best practices in deliverability and A/B testingCollaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistencyRequirements:Degree in marketing or 1+ year in a similar roleStrong communication, copywriting, and attention to detailProficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Excel, and Google AnalyticsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWhy Bright Horizons?Were committed to inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
