With experience of leading/managing FE & HE programmes, you will have current knowledge of impending curriculum changes (HE & FE) and the implications for teaching and learning strategies.You will have a thorough understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes and how these can be used to enhance the student experience with a strong vision for the improvement and development of the curriculum area. With high personal standards and expectations, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully monitoring and supporting at-risk learners to achieve or exceed their potential.
