Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive- Loughborough SJC Partners are assisting a highly reputable law firm in Loughborough to find a skilled and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their thriving Private Client team. Their Probate Department is the largest single department within the firm. The Role: You will manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client matters, including: Probate and estate administration Drafting Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Tax planning and Trusts This role is ideal for someone seeking to grow their career within a friendly, supportive, and collegiate team environment.
