Production Operative Our local engineering and manufacturing client is looking for a Production Operative to join their growing team in Swanwick on a Temp–Perm basis. Key Responsibilities * Assembling products to production drawings and work instructions * Conduct self-inspections after initial checks to ensure quality and consistency * Safely and confidently use a wide range of hand tools and equipment * Maintain focus and attention to detail, even during repetitive or complex tasks * Support various production areas as needed to maximise output and team flexibility * Adhere to all safety policies and quality procedures at all times Skills and experience needed * Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination * Proven experience using a range of hand tools safely * Basic PC skills for data entry and production tracking * Must not be colour blind due to visual inspection tasks Pay rate: * £12.80p/h Location: * Swanwick, Hampshire Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 07:00–15:30 * Friday: 07:00–12:30 (37.5 hours per week) Duration: * Temp - Perm If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and we will be in touch
